Privacy as Core Research Infrastructure.

At Aegean Analytics Hub, data is not just a resource; it is the foundation of our scientific rigor. We operate at the intersection of high-scale analytics and sensitive machine learning development.

This document serves as a technical teardown of our data handling practices, detailing how we safeguard the regional research ecosystem in Izmir and beyond.

High-scale analytics infrastructure
[01] Ingestion Encryption: AES-256 standards applied at the threshold.
[02] Anonymization: Differential privacy layers for research datasets.

Standardized Data Classification

Operational Artifacts

Information necessary for administrative persistence and client relationship management.

  • Name, Email, Institutional Affiliation
  • Direct correspondence via info@aegeananalyticshub.digital
  • Scheduling and appointment logistics

Telemetry & Behavior

Technical signals collected during the navigation of our analytical platforms.

  • Redacted IP addresses and geolocation
  • Browser fingerprinting for security checks
  • Research module engagement metrics

Research Raw Data

High-density datasets provided by partners for machine learning optimization.

  • Client-provided proprietary spreadsheets
  • Anonymized sensor telemetry (regional projects)
  • Temporal-spatial dataset coordinates

Processing Mechanisms & Methodologies

Processing at the Aegean Analytics Hub is strictly purpose-bound. We do not engage in the broad commercial sale of user data. Our primary motivation for data collection is to refine the predictive capabilities of our local analytics models and to provide bespoke feedback to our research partners.

When a visitor interacts with our Research Portfolio, we logs technical parameters to understand the performance of our distribution systems. This includes device categorization, interaction duration, and entry/exit patterns. These metrics are aggregated to produce high-level reports on regional research trends, ensuring no individual identity is isolated from the crowd.

For long-form inquiries sent to our Izmir headquarters, we maintain a secure record of communication. This information is held in our CRM system with restricted access, available only to our project leads for the duration of the engagement life cycle. Once a research inquiry is resolved, identities are archived or purged according to our strict retention curve.

"The integrity of machine learning outcomes depends entirely on the sanctity of the input. We treat privacy as a technical constraint that forces better science."

Third-Party Interoperability

Occasionally, we leverage specialized computational cloud providers for high-performance processing. These partners are selected based on rigorous SOC2 and GDPR compliance audits. They act exclusively as data processors under our instruction, and do not possess independent rights to the datasets hosted within our provisioned environments.

Your Sovereignty Over Data

01

Access

The right to obtain a digital transcript of all raw data points currently mapped to your specific identity.

02

Rectify

Modification of stale or inaccurate operational data to ensure your research profile remains precise.

03

Erase

The 'Right to be Forgotten'—initiating a complete purge of identifiable data from our active clusters.

04

Port

Transferring your data set in a machine-readable format for use in external analytical environments.

Regional Statutory Alignment

CLAUSE 1.1: KVKK COMPLIANCE

Aegean Analytics Hub operates under the legal jurisdiction of Turkey. We strictly adhere to the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Primary data storage for regional research projects is hosted on terrestrial servers within the Republic of Turkey to ensure compliance with local data residency requirements.

CLAUSE 1.2: INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH

For cross-border collaboration, we apply GDPR-equivalent protections as a baseline standard. This ensures that partners from the EU and other international regions can engage with our machine learning research without friction or legal risk.

CLAUSE 1.3: UPDATES & VERSIONING

This policy is reviewed quarterly. Significant changes will be announced on our digital hub. Continued use of our analytical services after March 2026 constitutes acceptance of the refined technical standards.
