The Aegean Analytics Hub did not start in a boardroom, but in a small shared laboratory in Izmir, driven by a singular observation: while global analytics trends were accelerating, regional datasets in the Aegean remained largely siloed and underutilized.
Our founders, a trio of alumni from top technical universities in Turkey, recognized that machine learning models trained on generic global data often failed to account for the unique supply chain logistics and energy consumption patterns of the Mediterranean basin. We set out to build a center that prioritized local context without sacrificing global technical standards.
By 2022, our research initiatives expanded from predictive logistics into natural language processing for regional dialects and automated quality control for agricultural exports. Today, we serve as the primary bridge between raw regional data and actionable intelligence.
